• Team Registration Instructions

All new players must create a Player Profile before registering for a team.

During registration, ALL fields must be completed in full, including your USA Hockey number, date of birth, phone number, email address, and all other requested player information.

NOTE: USA Hockey numbers must be renewed for the 2026-2027 season before proceeding with registration!

Once your profile and registration information are complete, please select your respective team from the available team options.

Please double-check that all information is accurate and no fields are left blank before submitting your registration.
